Step 1. Sign Up for Petrosoft Cloud and Subscribe to QwickServe
Signing Up for Petrosoft Cloud
To be able to access Petrosoft Cloud and configure QwickServe settings at the cloud side, you need a Petrosoft Cloud account. Petrosoft Cloud accounts are set up by Petrosoft representatives. To get an account, you need to contact the Petrosoft Sales Team in one of the following ways:
- By email at info@petrosoftinc.com.
- By phone at 412-306-0640.
- You can place an order at the Petrosoft Marketplace, and Petrosoft Sales Team will contact you for further details.
When setting up a Petrosoft Cloud account, Petrosoft representatives configure the following objects and settings:
- Account owner: The account owner is the person whose name, email address and contact details were specified when you signed up for Petrosoft Cloud. The account owner has the highest level security and administrative rights on the account.
- Account locations: In terms of Petrosoft Cloud, locations are stores, restaurants and stations at which you are planning to deploy QwickServe devices and implement QwickServe solutions.
Subscribing to QwickServe
After the Petrosoft Cloud account is set up, you need to subscribe to QwickServe. After subscription, the QwickServe module is enabled for your account in Petrosoft Cloud, and you can access QwickServe functionality.
You can subscribe to QwickServe in one of the following ways:
- Contact the Petrosoft Sales Team by email or by phone with a request to subscribe to the product.
- Subscribe to QwickServe at the Petrosoft Marketplace.
- Subscribe to QwickServe right from the application console.
