In this section, we will describe two options to upload a Price Book either from a Ruby register that is already scanning items or from one our owned and operated sites.
Cash Register Option
Questions to answer:
- Do you have a Ruby/Topaz/Sapphire CR system?
- Are you scanning items at the CR? That is, are you scanning the bar codes?
If you have answered 'Yes' to both of the above questions, then we can take the Price Book that is at your cash register and import it into CStoreOffice®. This process takes about a day, and once it is done, you can be scanning near 100%.
Template Price Book
This option is used when a customer had no other way to populate a Price Book. So we are copying our existing Price Book with all its infrastructure and let the customer make adjustments to it as follows.
