Checking the Transaction Quantity Limits at the Cash Register
After the changes to the transaction quantity limits have been sent from CStoreOffice® to the cash register, it is recommended to check that these settings are applied properly at the cash register.
To check the transaction quantity limit settings at the Verifone Commander CR:
- Open the Verifone Commander Console and log into it.
- Depending on the level at which the transaction quantity limit settings are configured in CStoreOffice®, do one the following:
- At the Items level:
- From the main console menu, go to Store Operations > PLUs.
- In the Price Look Up Manager form, select the item you need and check its value in the Transaction Quantity Limit field.
- At the Departments level:
- From the main console menu, go to Store Operations > Merchandise.
- In the Merchandise Configuration form, switch to the Departments tab.
- Select the department you need and check its value in the Transaction Quantity Limit field.
