Checking the Network Speed

If video is loaded for a long period of time, this may be caused by the slow network speed.

To check the Network speed:

  1. In the LPA dashboard, go to Status DashboardSummary.
  2. Go to the Network block and check the following parameters:
  • Download: Should be no lower than 3 Mbit/s.
  • Upload: Should be no lower than 3 Mbit/s.

If the speed is lower than recommended parameters, contact your Internet provider.
