Check the LPA Services and Configuration Files

You need to make sure all LPA services are running and settings in LPA configuration files are correct.

To check the LPA services:

  1. Go to the Status Dashboard > LPA Services Status widget.
  2. Make sure all statuses have the Running value in the Status column.

To restart LPA services, if needed, at the top right of the widget, click the three dots icon and select Restart Services.
