Checking DC Box Settings
You need to make sure the DC Box settings are configured correctly in Loss Prevention Analytics, and the DC Box itself is up and running.
To check the DC Box status:
- Make sure the DC Box is up and running. To identify the DC Box connection problems and fix them, see DC Box Troubleshooting.
- If necessary, restart the DC Box.
- In the LPA dashboard, go to Settings > General.
- Check the Public IP field and make sure it contains the DC Box IP address in the public network.
- Check the DC LAN IP address field and make sure it contains the DC Box IP address in the local network.
- Make sure the ports for communication with the DC Box are set up correctly. By default, port 12501 is used.
