System Requirements

In order to properly run CStoreOffice®, users will need to ensure that they have the following requirements for whichever scenario they intend to have set up. If your computer does not meet the following requirements, we cannot guarantee that CStoreOffice® will run properly, and we will not support the diagnosis of performance related issues on computers that do not meet the requirements.

Back Office PC Requirements

Please Note: These requirements do not cover the Installation of Cash Register Connections, please consult the manual specific to your CR (Nucleus, Passport, Ruby, Ruby w/Sapphire)

• CPU – 1Ghz or Better
• RAM – 1Gb or Better
• 1 – Ethernet Card
