Customer Statements

To open the customer statements list, go to Customers > Customer Statements.

You can perform the following actions with the customer statements:

  • To create a new statement, at the top right of the statements list, click Create Statement and specify the parameters. This option allows you to create statements for the specific date and select the customers.
  • To filter the list of statements, at the top of the statements list, click Add Filters and apply filter criteria.
  • To email or print a statement, in the Action column, to the right of the Download button, click the arrow icon and select the necessary action:
  • Download PDF: Download the statement in PDF format (compact layout).
  • Download Envelope: Download the statement in PDF format. The statement header will be formatted in the way so the company, address and phone number fit in a transparent window of the #9 Business Envelope.
  • Email: Send tge statement to the designated email addresses. You can specify email subject and add extra information in a message body.
  • Preview & Print PDF: Generate the statement in PDF format (compact layout) and automatically send it to the printer.
  • Preview & Print Envelope: Generate the statement in PDF format and automatically send it to the printer. The statement header will be formatted in the way so the company, address and phone number fit in a transparent window of the #9 Business Envelope.
  • To change the statement send status, in the Action column, to the right of the Download button, click the arrow icon and select Change Send Status. It can prevent you from sending the same statement twice.
  • To email or print multiple statements at once, select the statements by clicking the boxes next to them, click the Batch Actions button and select the necessary action:
  • Download PDF: Download selected statements in PDF format (compact layout).
  • Download Envelope: Download selected statements in PDF format. The statements header will be formatted in the way so the company, address and phone number fit in a transparent window of the #9 Business Envelope.
  • Email: Send selected statements to the designated email addresses. You can specify email subject and add extra information in a message body.
  • Preview & Print PDF: Generate selected statements in PDF format (compact layout) and automatically send it to the printer.
  • Preview & Print Envelope: Generate selected statements in PDF format and automatically send it to the printer. The statements header will be formatted in the way so the company, address and phone number fit in a transparent window of the #9 Business Envelope.
  • Change Send Status: Mark selected statements as sent to prevent you from sending the same statement twice.
  • Delete: Remove selected statements from the list.
