Category Settings in CStoreOffice®
Categories data used by the system is taken from the account price book. In CStoreOffice®, you can find categories data in the following forms:
- Category form
The form can be opened from Price Book > Category list. For more information, see Categories.
- Minimum Stock form
The form can be opened from Price Book > Category list > select a category > click Edit > click the Set Minimum Stock button. For more information, see Categories.
Category Data Mapping Table
Categories data from the above forms is converted to XML data according to the Category Data Mapping Table which is presented below.

Categories Data Export via the Business Documents API
To export the XML files with the Categories data via the Business Documents API:
- Start calling the API from the
/account-level-resources
endpoint. - Use categories as the Document type identifier value.
