QuickBooks Troubleshooting

Error QBWC1039 is mostly caused by either the relocation of the company file or the incorrect removal of the third-party application or Warehouse Manager from the QuickBooks WebConnector.
If you move the company file, putting it back to the original location will usually fix the error. If the third-pary application or Warehouse Manager was removed, you can reinstall the .qwc file to the WebConnector.
You can either change the ownerid and fileid in the QWC file to something unique or follow the steps below.
Meanwhile, let's perform the step-by-step instructions how to reinstall the .qwc file to WebConnector to solve the error:
- Download the QBWC CP3Tool by clicking this link: https://intuitcorp.quickbase.com/up/bd9yykidd/g/rhq/eg/va/QBWC_CP3Tool.exe.
- Run the QBWC_CP3Tool.exe file.
- Select Launch the QBWC CP3Tool after completing the installation, then minimize the tool.
- Download the .qwc file for your application. Please contact your third-party vendor if you're unsure how to get the file.
- Choose the appropriate company file by opening QuickBooks Desktop.
- Create a backup of your company file.
- From the Taskbar, select the QBWC CP3Tool to maximize it.
- Choose Select File and locate the .qwc file.
- Select Remove Stamp.
- Click Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file is open then Continue when the Application Certificate appears.
- Select Yes in the Application Access Request window.
- Click Done.
- Select OK when prompted to create a backup.
- After seeing the confirmation message, close the QBWC CP3Tool.
- Install the .qwc file:
- Open WebConnector and select Add Application.
- Open the .qwc file.
- Select Yes after entering your third-party password.

You can delete any accounts that were in the QB file prior to the sync at any time whether it be before or after the sync with QB, however, to avoid any possible errors with duplicate accounts it is usually best the delete any old, unused, or duplicate accounts from the QB file prior to the sync with CStoreOffice®.

- Reports > Accounting > by Company > Select your company> General Journal.
- Change the date range and click Refresh.
- Click advance.
- Go to the name box and look for the type of transaction that you need to adjust.
- Select the type and subtotal by class (station), and then click Refresh.
The total for the month for each station that will need to be adjusted opens.
If you want to see every transaction day by day, click the station name to see the detail.

CStoreOffice® does not restrict the access of the Quick Books web connector for the client. The client may download the web connector on any computer or server that they are using.
***Right Networks does support synchronization through the web connector onto their system. The customer would just need to call the technicians at Right Networks and they will help the customer with this process and will even test the first sync with them.

To get the password from the Home page got to Reports > Select Account or Store > Accounting > Export: QB Synchronization Manager > Setup [New] > View Privacy Settings > Copy and Paste this Password into the Web Connector > Try to Synchronize the Data with Quick Books again.

The Clearing Synchronization History feature in QuickBooks Synchronization Manager report is available only to the system administrators.
