AIMS

Accounting and Inventory Management Systems, commonly referred to as AIMS, was developed to meet the accounting and information needs of distribution, manufacturing, service, rental and construction companies. AIMS has multiple different modules for it including but not limited to:

  • Order Entry & Invoicing
  • Sales Analysis
  • Inventory Control
  • Purchasing
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Fixed Assets
  • General Ledger.

Each AIMS module can operate as "standalone" with CStoreOffice®. Users of CStoreOffice® can export data from the CStoreOffice® system to their AIMS module. AIMS is capable of handling multiple locations for the company.
